Women (and some men) come to me when they are done overthinking, done repeating the same relationship patterns, and done shrinking to fit a life that no longer feels aligned.
They often feel a shift coming; emotionally, spiritually, or practically, but don’t yet know how to step into it with stability and clarity.
I work with people navigating heartbreak, burnout, relocation, spiritual awakening, identity shifts, and major life transitions. Some are rebuilding after divorce. Some are integrating plant medicine experiences. Some are simply ready to evolve.
I blend nervous system science, somatic integration, energy work, and intuitive precision to help you regulate your inner world, break unconscious cycles, set clean boundaries, and rebuild your identity with grounded power.
