A life built through movement, reinvention, and healing.
I’ve lived and worked across more than 40 countries, built businesses, led people and groups, and rebuilt my own life from the ground up more than once. My work brings together decades of experience in movement, entrepreneurship, energetic healing, nervous-system regulation, and personal transformation. Today, I use everything I’ve lived and learned to help individuals, businesses, and communities reconnect with clarity, alignment, and their own power.
