Welcome to Divine Light Collective. By booking, purchasing, attending, participating in, or accessing any Divine Light Collective offering, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Divine Light Collective provides wellness, educational, ceremonial, somatic, movement, coaching, meditation, sound healing, energy healing, and personal development experiences intended to support self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, creativity, connection, and personal growth.

  • 1. Personal Responsibility & Participation

    Participation in Divine Light Collective offerings is voluntary.

    By participating, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, psychological, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing before, during, and after any session, ceremony, workshop, retreat, coaching container, class, or event.

    Participants are encouraged to:

    • honor personal boundaries

    • move at their own pace

    • communicate concerns when appropriate

    • seek licensed medical or mental health support when needed

    Certain experiences may involve:

    • movement

    • meditation

    • breathwork

    • emotional release

    • somatic practices

    • sound healing

    • group sharing

    • nervous system exercises

    • ceremonial practices

    Experiences and outcomes vary by individual.

  • 2. Not Medical or Psychological Treatment

    Divine Light Collective services are not a substitute for:

    • medical care

    • psychotherapy

    • psychiatric treatment

    • diagnosis

    • licensed mental health treatment

    • emergency/crisis support

    No guarantees are made regarding physical, emotional, relational, spiritual, or financial outcomes.

    Participants remain responsible for their own healthcare decisions and are encouraged to consult licensed professionals where appropriate.

  • 3. Booking, Deposits & Cancellation Policy

    One-on-One Sessions

    Energy healing sessions, coaching sessions, mentorship, nervous system support sessions, and private experiences may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve time and preparation.

    Standard session deposits may range from $100 or more depending on the offering.

    Rescheduling requests require a minimum of 24–48 hours notice.

    Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full session payment.

    Ceremonies & Private Experiences

    Private ceremonies, preparation calls, integration support, customized wellness experiences, and immersive healing containers require significant energetic, logistical, and administrative preparation.

    Deposits for ceremonies and immersive experiences are non-refundable.

    Depending on the offering, deposits may be transferable toward a future service or event within a specified timeframe, subject to approval.

    Workshops, Events & Retreats

    Workshop tickets, retreat deposits, event registrations, and group experiences are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

    If adequate notice is provided, payments may be transferable toward a future Divine Light Collective offering at the discretion of the organization.

    No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

    Corporate & Private Group Bookings

    Corporate wellness experiences, private group facilitation, retreats, team-building experiences, and custom events may require:

    • signed agreements

    • deposits

    • milestone payments

    • venue coordination fees

    A booking is considered confirmed once an agreement and required payment are received.

    Cancellation terms for corporate and private bookings may vary depending on scope and preparation requirements and will be outlined within the service agreement.

  • 4. Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

    Participation in wellness, movement, ceremonial, somatic, retreat, and healing-based experiences involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

    • emotional release

    • physical exertion

    • discomfort

    • injury

    • nervous system activation

    • unforeseen emotional responses

    By participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and release Divine Light Collective, its facilitators, contractors, assistants, affiliates, venues, and collaborators from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    Participants are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their individual condition and circumstances.

  • 5. Ceremony & Wellness Disclaimer

    Certain offerings may incorporate holistic, spiritual, ceremonial, energetic, mindfulness-based, or integrative wellness practices.

    These offerings are intended for educational, spiritual growth, self-development, and wellbeing purposes only.

    Divine Light Collective does not claim to cure, diagnose, or treat medical or psychological conditions.

    Participants are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, medications, injuries, or mental health concerns where appropriate.

    Divine Light Collective reserves the right to decline participation if an offering is determined not to be an appropriate fit for an individual’s current condition or safety needs.

  • 6. Code of Conduct

    All participants agree to contribute to a respectful, consent-based, and supportive environment.

    The following behaviors are not tolerated:

    • harassment

    • discrimination

    • intimidation

    • manipulation

    • bullying

    • verbal abuse

    • unsafe conduct

    • unwanted physical contact

    • disruptive intoxication

    • recording others without consent

    Divine Light Collective reserves the right to remove participants from any offering without refund if behavior compromises safety, integrity, or community wellbeing.

  • 7. Confidentiality & Privacy

    Divine Light Collective respects participant privacy and intends to create supportive, confidential spaces.

    However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed within group settings, workshops, retreats, or community experiences.

    Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy and vulnerability of others.

    Personal information collected through intake forms, applications, bookings, or email subscriptions is used solely for communication, scheduling, operational, and service-related purposes.

    Divine Light Collective does not sell personal information to third parties.

  • 8. Media Release

    Workshops, ceremonies, retreats, and events may occasionally be photographed or filmed for educational, marketing, or community purposes.

    By participating, you grant permission for reasonable use of media content unless otherwise communicated in writing prior to the event.

    Participants may request not to be photographed or featured publicly.

  • 9. Intellectual Property

    All Divine Light Collective content, teachings, materials, recordings, exercises, meditations, branding, graphics, written materials, workshop structures, videos, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of Divine Light Collective unless otherwise stated.

    Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold, taught, sublicensed, or repurposed without prior written permission.

  • 10. Changes to Services & Offerings

    Divine Light Collective reserves the right to modify:

    • facilitators

    • schedules

    • venues

    • pricing

    • event structure

    • services

    • availability

    • programming

    Reasonable effort will be made to communicate significant updates when possible.

  • 11. Website Use

    All website content is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

    Unauthorized duplication, scraping, reproduction, or commercial use of website materials is prohibited.
