Online Nervous System Reset
Some weeks, you simply need a reset.
Instead of getting in the car and adding another class to your schedule, join from home for an hour of guided nervous system support.
Each session begins with a check-in around what's currently happening in your life and where you may be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or activated.
From there, we'll move through a guided group reset using a combination of somatic practices, breathwork, and meditation.
You'll also receive a simple, personalized tool or practice you can take into the week ahead, so the support doesn't end when the session does.
No series commitment required. Come any week you feel like you need a reset.

Sacred Medicine Ceremony Day
A day to release, realign, and remember who you are.
We begin together for a welcome circle, somatic preparation, intention setting, and a sacred hapé ceremony, followed by our sacred journey. Throughout the day, you'll be invited to slow down, connect with yourself and others, spend time in nature, and settle into your natural rhythm.
Following the ceremony, you'll enjoy nourishing food, a nature walk, and a guided integration circle to gently reflect on your experience alongside the group.
Group preparation and integration call included plus our integration guide. The ceremony will take place at a private property in Oceanside, CA.
Spaceholders for this ceremony are Vianka Jolie and Terrie Heiman.
Doors open at 9:00 am and the ceremony begins at 10:00 am. You're welcome to stay until approximately 7:00 pm to fully integrate before heading home. Flexible payment plans are available, and participation includes a confidential intake process to make sure this experience is right for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is hapé, and do I have to take it?
Hapé is a sacred plant tobacco snuff used in ceremony to ground the body and clear the mind. At every ceremony where it's offered, it's completely optional, you're welcome to take part fully without it.
What should I expect at my first ceremony or workshop?
Expect a slower pace than your usual day. Most gatherings open with a welcome circle and intention setting, move through the guided practice itself (breathwork, sound, movement, or a combination), and close with space to integrate before you head home. Come in comfortable clothing and with an open mind.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. Everything is guided, and all levels are welcome, whether this is your first breathwork session or your fiftieth.
What's your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable, as they hold your spot in a limited-capacity group. If you need to reschedule, reach out as early as you can and I'll do what I can to accommodate you.
Can I book a private ceremony for my own group?
