NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET CIRCLE
This is a 4-week online group series.
Each 60-minute gathering will include guided breathwork, meditation or energy-awareness practices, time for integration and optional sharing, and focused laser coaching.
You’re welcome to bring a question, recurring theme, or place where you feel stuck. Each week, selected questions will receive focused reflection, intuitive insight, and support in identifying a grounded next step. Everyone can learn and benefit from the themes that arise.
Over the four-week series, each participant will have an opportunity to receive focused support.
